MJF says Bill Goldberg is to blame for a WWE Hall of Famer’s recent comments about him.
WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart said he didn’t know who MJF was in a recent interview. The former AEW World Champion reacted to Hart’s comments during an interview with Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp.
While he believes Bret Hart was only trolling, MJF hilariously reminded everyone that Hart is “old as fu*k,” and blamed Bill Goldberg for his condition.
“Look, the guy had a seizure,” MJF began. “He got kicked in the fuking head. He’s old as fuk. Do I think it’s Bill Goldberg’s fault? Everything is Bill Goldberg’s fault. Now, what I can tell you is a real story, which makes it all the more funny that he said who. Bret, much like me, is a troll. Do I think he actually doesn’t know who I am? Of course, he fu*king knows who I am.

Speaking further, MJF recalled his interaction with Bret Hart following their segment at AEW Double or Nothing 2019.
“But one of my favorite things about that day is that after I absolutely roasted him and ripped him a new a*shole, he goes walking up the stage to get to the back. He fell because of Bill Goldberg, not because of Bret. Then I try to search and find him to make sure he’s okay. I do, and I say, ‘Are you ok, sir?’ And he looks at me, and he goes, ‘Your promo, you’re real good. You remind me of a guy I really fu*king hated back in the day.
“I think anyone that’s watching this can put two and two together. I’ll give you a hint: it’s not Bill Goldberg. But do I blame him for it? No, he’s just fuc*ing trolling, dude,” MJF said.
