Sting‘s family has a new member!
Steve Borden’s elder son, Garrett Borden, took to social media to announce the birth of a baby boy with his wife, Katelyn Borden.
“Meet Bronson Lee Borden! Born on 11/26 at 6:35pm, weighing 8lb 6oz. He’s a total stud and we absolutely love him. Mama did such a great job too!”
Garrett and Katelyn have been married since 2018.
Sting’s sons, Garrett and Steven, paid tribute to their father by accompanying him to the ring for his final wrestling match at AEW Revolution 2024. Garrett dressed as Surfer Sting, while Steven portrayed the nWo Wolfpac-era Sting.
Sting’s son made his pro wrestling debut in October
Steven Borden made his pro wrestling debut in October against The Icon’s former partner in AEW, Darby Allin. Steven teamed up with JD Drake to face Darby Allin and former WWE Superstar Karrion Kross. The match took place as part of an art exhibit in New York titled 52W HARDWAY.
The match ended when Darby Allin hit a Coffin Drop onto both Steven and Drake to score the pinfall victory for his team.
Steven previously revealed that his father’s in-ring career inspired him to chase the dream of becoming a pro wrestler.
