Another TNA star will soon be entering free agency.
Earlier reports stated that a number of TNA Wrestling performers, including Zachary Wentz and AJ Francis, would have their contracts expire at the end of the year. Now, another talent is set to join the list.
According to Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp (via Fightful Select), Jake Something’s current deal with the company expires at the end of the year. His contract was originally believed to be up around July next year, but that no longer appears to be the case. It’s unknown if the two sides have begun to negotiate a new deal.
Jake Something previously competed in iMPACT Wrestling from 2017 to 2022. He returned to the company in 2023. Making his in-ring return at Slammiversary, where he lost to KUSHIDA in an Ultimate X match.
