Seth Rollins Gives Update On Timeframe For WWE Return

Seth Rollins is hoping to be back in the mix sooner than later.

Rollins and Becky Lynch appeared on Something’s Burning with Bert Kreischer and shared an update on his progress with his shoulder injury. Rollins was injured at WWE Crown Jewel and ultimately vacated the WWE World Championship, which also wrote him off of television.

The former champion said he’s happy to have the time at home with his family, but hopes he can start training for a return around February.

“I mean, there’s nothing good about being hurt. I’m trying to find the silver linings, you know, I get to spend more time with my daughter, which is great. I get more time at home. Once I get this thing [his arm sling] off, which is in like another month, then it might be like full vacation mode for a little while before I lock in and have to start training to have to come back,” Rollins explained.

Seth Rollins knows when he’ll have to ‘lock in’ to begin training

“Gosh, it’ll probably be gradual. I don’t even really know, it’ll be—my guess is about 8 to 12 weeks of ‘OK, now I have to stop eating like an asshole.’ Yeah, probably 12 weeks, plus we’ll be moving right into WrestleMania season, which is when I [want to be back for],” Rollins continued. “So, I’m hoping for right around February, after all of the holiday stuff, I can start to be like, ‘Ok… lock in. No more BS.’”

Rollins once again said he wasn’t sure, but hoped to be training in February so he could return in March. However, he said doctors told him it could be six months, which puts him returning in April.
