Penta was seemingly injured during a match tonight on WWE RAW, throwing a wrench into what might have been the semifinals of the The Last Time Is Now Tournament.
During Monday’s episode of WWE RAW, Penta faced off against Solo Sikoa. The two were battling when things went out of the ring. Outside of the ring, Penta attempted to hit a hurricanrana on Sikoa, but seemed to land awkwardly on his shoulder as he did. Penta stayed down after, with multiple officials checking in on him.
Unfortunately for Penta, things ended pretty much right there. He was unable to continue, and the match was eventually called off. As a result, Solo advanced, and a visibly frustrated Penta eventually got up. Despite being on his feet, Penta could be seen favoring his left shoulder as he walked off.
With the win, the Sikoa will now advance to face off against Gunther in the semifinals of the tournament. Gunther, the believed favorite to win the tournament, will look to advance to the finals, where he’d face either Jey Uso or LA Knight, the two memebrs on the other side of the tournament’s bracket.
