Dominik Mysterio now has three fathers.
At eight years old in 2005, Dominik Mysterio was involved in a storyline in which Eddie Guerrero claimed to be his father. Two decades later, the reigning AAA Mega Champion continues to use that storyline as part of his heel character. Dominik still thinks Rey is a deadbeat dad.
Now, he has a third dad.
Dominik Mysterio recently spoke to actor Nick Turturro on Delivering Happiness. The latter was amazed at how far Dirty Dom has come within 28 years and said he was the same age as his son. When Turturro playfully noted that he could be his son, Mysterio was quick to agree and called him his third dad.
“You’re just a kid, like my son’s age. You can be my son,” Turturro said. Dominik Mysterio replied, “I am now. The third dad! What’s up, pops!”
Dominik Mysterio Then Took Some Shots At John Cena
Speaking further, Dominik Mysterio took some shots at John Cena, who recently defeated him to win the Intercontinental Championship.
When Nick Turturro asked him if he was planning to get some revenge against John Cena for defeating him, Mysterio said:
“It broke my heart. I wasn’t expecting his old a** to come out there and do what he did. At the end of the day, I’m like 30 years younger than this dude. I got to get my lick back before he leaves.”
Nick Turturro then proceeded to taunt John Cena, saying he’s coming to help “his son” Dominik Mysterio take back the Intercontinental Championship.
Mysterio confronted John Cena on the latest episode of WWE RAW, and the Intercontinental Champion accepted Dirty Dom’s challenge for a rematch for the title at Survivor Series: WarGames.
