We finally have an official release date window for WWE 2K26.
Take-Two Interactive revealed its latest earnings report this morning, and within it came official word on when fans can expect to get their hands on WWE 2K26.
According to the report, WWE 2K26 is set to be released in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026.
It’s worth noting that the fiscal year is much different than a calendar year. While most people would think the fourth quarter of 2026 would take place in October through December, a fiscal year is handled a lot differently.
A fiscal year is determined by a 12-month accounting period, likely based on a specific business’s operating cycle. Take-Two Interactive’s 2026 fiscal year began on April 1 of this year. This means the company’s fiscal year falls under these time periods.
- Quarter 1: April 1 – June 30, 2025
- Quarter 2: July 1 – September 30, 2025
- Quarter 3: October 1 – December 31, 2025
- Quarter 4: January 1 – March 31, 2026
This places the release date of WWE 2K26 on the same timeline as the last several releases from 2K. WWE 2K25, for example released on March 14, coinciding with the road to WrestleMania. It’s very likely that 2K26 will also be released in March 2026.
