AEW Star Set To Return From Injury Soon

Slowly but surely, the AEW roster is getting healthy again.

Over the summer, AEW suffered multiple injuries to a lot of top talent, which has them sidelined. But it sounds like one of those top names could return to the ring soon.

All Elite Wrestling’s Thunder Rosa recently spoke with Midnight Movie Trash at Big Texas Comic Con. When asked what she’s up to right now, Rosa revealed that she’s continuing to rehab the injury she suffered at All In: Texas and expects to return to the ring very soon.

“Right now, I’m just focusing on continuing my rehab for the injury that I just had a couple months ago,” Thunder Rosa said. “And I have really good news. Everything’s going really well, so I’m expecting to return to the ring very soon.”

Thunder Rosa intends to relaunch Mission Pro Wrestling in the future

In addition to returning to the ring, Thunder Rosa also confirmed that her all-women’s wrestling promotion, Mission Pro Wrestling, would be returning in the future.

“Mission Pro Wrestling was a promotion that we created in 2020, and we were basically focusing on promoting women wrestlers,” Thunder Rosa said. “And unfortunately, we as a group had to take a hiatus, so we haven’t brought it up back together, but I’m working on doing that pretty soon. But we have so many memories. You guys can go to Mission Pro Wrestling and check all the matches online. They’re there, and you’ll be blown away. There’s so many people that have gone to bigger and better platforms due to being part of Mission Pro Wrestling.”
