AJ Lee Clarifies Social Media Status

If you think you’re speaking with WWE Superstar AJ Lee on a social media platform like Facebook or Bluesky, we have bad news for you.

Last week, a fake AJ Lee account on Facebook caught traction online when it addressed her recent WWE absence. Unfortunately, a day later, this account was revealed to be a fake, and the account quickly disappeared.

This led many fans to question which platforms they can actually hear from the WWE Superstar on. Lee took to social media this afternoon to address this and make it clear that she only has an account on Twitter and Instagram, tweeting out:

“Hi bebes, I don’t have facebook or any other socials besides this X and a verified Instagram: http://instagram.com/theajmendez,” AJ Lee said in a post.

One question still remains…

We now know where AJ Lee will officially communicate with her fans. However, we still don’t know the reason for her current WWE absence.

Lee hasn’t been on WWE programming since she and her husband, CM Punk, defeated Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins in a mixed tag match at Wrestlepalooza. It was initially reported that Lee had signed a full-time deal with WWE, but that doesn’t appear to be accurate.

While Netflix is currently advertising AJ Lee on the RAW graphic for their return to Madison Square Garden next month, there’s been no official announcement from WWE that the former Divas Champion will be present at this event.

Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on AJ Lee’s WWE status as it becomes available.
