Update On Timeframe For Liv Morgan’s Return To WWE — Report

WWE is reportedly expecting former Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan to make her in-ring return in early 2026.

Liv Morgan has been out of action since she suffered a separated shoulder during her match against Kairi Sane on the June 16 edition of WWE RAW. After being sidelined for over four months, a new update has surfaced regarding her possible return, which is expected in early 2026.

PWInsider Elite reported that Liv Morgan is expected to return to the ring by early 2026, but she could come back sooner if her rehab goes well. Many within WWE are excited for her return to the women’s division.

The former Women’s World Champion is one of the most popular WWE stars in Saudi Arabia, and with the Royal Rumble set to take place in Riyadh next year, WWE wants her to be ready by January. The company also plans to keep her return a surprise to get the biggest reaction from fans.

During her absence, Liv Morgan also made an appearance at the WWE WrestleMania 43 announcement in Las Vegas, where it was revealed the show will take place in Saudi Arabia in 2027.

Last month, Liv Morgan hinted at her return by posting a photo of Dominik Mysterio’s Intercontinental and AAA Mega Championships. Although she didn’t return, Roxanne Perez has been seen trying to comfort Mysterio during Morgan’s absence.
