Disappointing Stats About a Major WWE Championship

Under the creative control of Triple H, disappointing stats have emerged about a major WWE Championship.

Since becoming the Chief Content Officer of WWE, The Game has made many major decisions, including the introduction of multiple new championships. However, it appears that he has forgotten about one title after crowning its latest champion.

The title in question is the Women’s United States Championship, currently held by Giulia. It’s worth noting that since winning the title, it has rarely been defended on television. What’s even more surprising is that the title has never been defended on a single premium live event.

Chelsea Green won the inaugural championship on December 14, 2024, at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Green would later lose the title to Zelina Vega on the April 25 episode of SmackDown. Giulia would go on to defeat Vega just two months later on the June 27 episode of SmackDown.

Despite already having three Champions, the fact that the title has yet to be defended on a premium live event is glaring and makes you question Triple H’s decision of introducing the title in the first place.

Chelsea Green feels that WWE could do more with the United States and Intercontinental Championships’s

In a conversation with Cinema Blend, the inaugural Women’s US Champion shared her thoughts on the mid-card titles in the women’s division. Green praised WWE for the introducing the titles, but believes the company can put more effort into the Women’s US & IC title divisions on weekly television.

“Do I think that we’re doing all we can with them? No. I would love to see more being done with them,” Chelsea Green admitted. “I want Giulia to be wrestling on TV every single week with that title. I wanted Zelina on TV every single week, I want Michin to win the title and be on TV every single week.

“There’s so many hours of WWE, and we can find a place for those championships if we try. It’s tough. I’m not a part of the creative meetings. I don’t know how that looks. So all that I can do on my end is make the title mean something. I hope that by putting it out there on social media and making storylines on social media, it garners the attention that those titles deserve.”
