Ash By Elegance’s Medical Status Is Being Kept Private

Ash By Elegance stepped away from in-ring competition, and TNA says the details surrounding her medical status are being kept under wraps.

TNA Victory Road was originally scheduled to feature a Knockouts Championship match between Masha Slamovich and Ash By Elegance. However, that match was canceled ahead of the event due to an internal investigation against Slamovich for domestic violence allegations.

Ash By Elegance also made a shocking announcement on the show, as she announced that she was no longer able to compete. As a result, she was stepping away from in-ring competition and had to vacate the Knockouts Championship. Ash did not give a specific reason for why she had to relinquish the title that night.

This week’s TNA Injury Report on Thursday’s episode of IMPACT featured a small update on Ash, noting she is out with an undisclosed injury. During the rundown, TNA’s Tom Hannifan said that her “medical details are being kept private at this time.” He added that no timetable for her return has been announced.

Ash By Elegance was TNA Knockouts Champion for 33 days before vacating the title. TNA crowned a new champion that same night, and NXT’s Kelani Jordan is now the champion.
