Andrade El Idolo Makes Shocking Return To AEW On Dynamite

In a shocking moment tonight, Andrade El Idolo made his return to All Elite Wrestling.

During Wednesday’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Idolo returned tonight and confronted Kenny Omega. The moment came after Omega came to the ring to thank the crowd for their support of the company over the past six years. As he was getting ready to say goodbye to the crowd, the lights went out. When they came back up, a mysterious masked man was in the ring.

The man took his mask off, and it was none other than Andrade. He attacked Omega, and then, in an even more shocking display, aligned himself with Don Callis. Andrade shook the hand of Callis, marking a partnership between the pair. The move marks a return to the company for Andrade, who left AEW in 2023 to return to WWE. Andrade stayed with WWE for a year before leaving in September.

According to a subsequent Fightful Select report, Sean Ross Sapp noted that Andrade has officially signed back with All Elite Wrestling. The report notes that Andrade had no non-compete clause and is now “full-time” with AEW.
