NXT Star Is Finished With WWE — Report

Jazmyn Nyx is reportedly set to leave WWE in the near future.

For over a year, the trio of Fallon Henley, Jacy Jayne, and Jazmyn Nyx have enjoyed success within the NXT locker room, with Henley and Jayne both holding championship gold. Nyx, however, has yet to, and given a new report, it appears unlikely that she will in WWE.

According to PWInsider Elite, Nyx’s work with WWE is done as she will soon be exiting the company when her existing contract expires. Multiple sources told PWInsider that Nyx rejected the terms of a new offer by WWE. She will be free to wrestle elsewhere when her current contract expires. As of now, there is no word on when exactly the former Fatal Influence member’s deal runs out.

On Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT, Nyx was attacked backstage by a mystery assailant. When Henley and Jayne then saw her lying on the floor, Jayne wasn’t too concerned with who ambushed Nyx as she felt it was “time to drop her anyway.” With Henley standing by her side, Jayne added that “only the strong survive.”

PWInsider Elite reports that this scene acted as a way to write Nyx out of NXT storylines before her contract expires. Nyx (real name Jade Gentile) last competed in a six-woman tag match alongside Henley and Jayne at NXT Homecoming. This Saturday, Jayne will defend the NXT Women’s Championship against Lola Vice at NXT No Mercy, seemingly with only Henley in her corner.

Nyx joined WWE in 2022, making her official professional wrestling debut the following year at an NXT live event. Since then, she’s wrestled about 70 matches.
