Keith Lee teased his AEW in-ring return.
Lee has been off TV for almost two years. Fans last saw him in action was in December 2023, when he faced Brian Cage, also known as The Machine, at AEW Collision’s Holiday Bash. Since then, he has remained absent from AEW, revealing that he had been dealing with an injury since 2022.
Back in June, a fan asked Keith Lee’s about his status to in-ring. He replied that he is doing well but added that it is not up to him to be booked in a match. Recently, a fan on X (formerly Twitter) sent Keith Lee a message saying he was an inspiration and expressing hope that Lee would return to the ring soon.
Lee replied, thanking the fan and hinting at a comeback, “You honor me. I appreciate you for that. All my gratitude. I’d like to take this moment to remind you, that you also, are boundless. Additionally, I’ll take a moment to reassure you that a return to the ring will certainly happen. Though I won’t posit how or when. Much love.”
With AEW All Out set to take place this weekend at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, it will be interesting to see if “The Limitless One,” who has been missed by fans, makes his return.
