Nic Nemeth made a shocking return on TNA Impact after weeks of suspension.
He was suspended by Director of Authority Santino Marella for attacking The Hometown Man and injuring two employees. This saw, Nemeth being suspended and pulled from his scheduled match against The Hardys for World Tag Team Titles at TNA Emergence.
The Hardys ended up facing The Rascalz for the World Tag Team Titles at TNA Emergence. Meanwhile, Nic’s brother and tag team partner, Ryan Nemeth, competed in a singles match against The Hometown Man but suffered a loss.
Since then, Ryan Nemeth has been reminding fans every week about Nic’s return timeline. On this week’s Impact, Ryan came to the ring and hyped up his brother’s return. Matt Cardona interrupted, saying no one cared about Ryan’s announcement.
Ryan Nemeth tried to strike, but Cardona dropped him with a mic shot before Frankie Kazarian arrived for his match with Cardona. Later in the main event, The Hardys and Mara Sadé defeated The Great Hands and Tasha Steelz.
Following the match, The Nemeths attacked The Hardys and hit the Danger Zone finisher. Mara Sadé stepped up to confront them, but in a shocking moment, Nic superkicked her. This was the second straight week Sadé was taken out by a male star, following Agent Zero’s clothesline last week.
After Nic Nemeth took out The Hardys and Mara Sadé, the Nemeth brothers made their intentions clear by holding up the TNA World Tag Team Titles.
