AEW star MJF responded to Ronda Rousey’s recent criticism of WWE booking.
Back in 2018, Ronda Rousey made her impressive debut at WWE WrestleMania 34. In the months that followed, Rousey challenged Alexa Bliss for the RAW Women’s Championship at WWE SummerSlam.
She defeated Bliss to win the title and later defended it successfully at Hell in a Cell. Despite her success, recently, Rousey made it clear she wasn’t happy facing Bliss. She explained that their feud happened mainly because Bliss had strong merchandise sales, not because of the storyline.
After these comments, AEW star MJF reacted on X, formerly known as Twitter. He pointed out that pro wrestling, like any other sport, runs as a business. He wrote, “It’s almost like pro wrestling much like any professional sport functions as a business. F*cking crazy”
MJF: Logan Paul’s buckshot lariat is way better than Hangman Page’s
AEW World Champion Hangman Page uses the Buckshot Lariat as his signature finisher, a move that has earned him several major victories. WWE star Logan Paul, best known for the Paulverizer and his titanium right hand, has also used the Buckshot Lariat in multiple matches.
At WWE Clash in Paris, Logan Paul used the Buckshot Lariat on John Cena. After the match, MJF said Paul’s version looked better than Hangman Page’s. He mocked the AEW Champion on X, formerly Twitter, writing, “Wayyyyyyyyy better than the crooked cowboys.”
It seems that recently lost to Hangman Page at Forbidden Door and MJF is still frustrated by the defeat. Despite the loss, MJF holds a contract that guarantees him another title shot. However, Tony Khan mentioned that he must announce his challenge at least a week in advance.
