The WWE ID releases seemingly aren’t done yet.
Earlier this morning, independent wrestling star Aaron Roberts took to social media to announce that WWE had released him from his WWE ID contract. While this initially appeared to be a one-off release, we now know this isn’t the case.
According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Ice Williams and Jordan Oasis have also been released from their WWE ID contracts today.
Ice Williams first competed in a battle royale for GCW back in 2021 and has continued to work with them through this year. Williams has also competed multiple times on WWE Evolve.
Jordan Oasis has been competing since 2018, getting his start in Prestige Wrestling. He’s been a mainstay in DEFY in recent years and has also appeared on WWE Evolve multiple times this year.
It’s uncertain if more releases are coming or not. Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on these ID releases as it becomes available.
