Tony Khan Provides Unfortunate Update On Jay White’s AEW Status

Tony Khan has provided a status update on Jay White‘s injury status and it doesn’t sound good.

All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan was a recent guest on My Mom’s Basement with Robbie Fox. When asked about the status of Jay White, Khan provided a very unfortunate update that makes it sound like we won’t be seeing White back anytime soon.

“Jay White is one of the best wrestlers in the world and got injured along the way,” Tony Khan said. “He is out, and unfortunately, is going to be out for a long time.” [H/T: Fightful]

White hasn’t competed since March, when he picked up a win over Kevin Knight on Collision. The Switchblade suffered an injury in that matchup, forcing him out of the Owen Hart Cup and some important storylines in the process.

On behalf of everyone here at WrestleZone, we wish Jay White a quick and painless recovery.
