TNA Star Announces He’ll Have Surgery After Slammiversary

One TNA star is making sure he doesn’t miss Slammiversary.

Slammiversary is one of the biggest shows of the TNA event calendar. The show is set to take place at the UBS Arena in Elmont, New York. So far, seven matches have been announced. One of the stars who is set to compete at the event has announced that he will be undergoing surgery after the pay-per-view.

One of the major matches at TNA Slammiversary is the four-way Tag Team Ladder match for the TNA World Tag Team Championship. The match is against the tag team champions Nic and Ryan Nemeth, the Hardys (Jeff and Matt Hardy), Fist Class (AJ Francis and KC Navarro), and The Rascalz (Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz).

Trey Miguel recently took to Twitter to share that he will be undergoing hernia surgery right after TNA Slammiversary. He also assured that he will be giving his best at the pay-per-view.

“After Slammiversary I will undergo hernia surgery. I was given a choice and I chose to be there. I will give it my absolute best because that’s what @ThisIsTNA deserves and you the fans. A full recovery is expected as this is a minor surgery. Thank you all for the well wishes and messages. Apologies to anyone I missed and didn’t get to reply to. ???,” Trey Miguel tweeted.

The main event of the night will be for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. It will be between the champion, NXT’s Trick Williams, against Joe Hendry, and Mike Santana in a Three-way match.

We at WrestleZone wish Miguel a speedy recovery.
