AJ Styles Has A Hilarious Reaction To Getting Centel’d

AJ Styles doesn’t understand troll accounts, but at least he can still change a flat tire.

NBACentel is a parody account on Twitter/X that gained a following for its satirical (and sometimes humorous) takes on pro basketball news. The account has also been a source of controversy due to its impersonation of public figures connected to the basketball world, which has even fooled some NBA players.

Naturally, there’s a pro wrestling version now.

Pro Wrestling Centel wrote a fake post claiming AJ Styles said he “doesn’t use Bluetooth headphones” because he doesn’t trust them, and it messes with his brain’s frequency. The “joke” was that the post featured a photo of Styles wearing a wired headset while a wireless headphones box sits in the background.

“Yeah, the thing is….those are Bluetooth headphones. The wire is plugged into my Xbox controller. I don’t recall ever saying this,” AJ Styles replied.

Plenty of fans had a good laugh at Styles’ expense. However, Styles was ultimately clued in on the gag… and didn’t seem to care too much about being fooled.

One fan tried to take a dig at Styles’ “old age,” but once again, Styles had a great response.

“My favorite genre of Internet is old people not understanding troll accounts?❤️

Thank you I was having a bad day,” @NaomisEvilCuzin wrote on Twitter/X.

“Yeah, but we can change flat tires,” Styles replied.

AJ Styles has joked about his age in the past, including during an appearance at his Fanatics Live Signing at WWE World on WrestleMania 41 weekend. Styles pulled out his “cheater” eyeglasses to view a photo of the WrestleMania 41 set and joked about being blind. This also led to Styles asking the crowd if they recall “the one where I walked out with a bloody face.” Styles then revealed how he accidentally cut his face open on the WrestleMania 38 stage.
