Perry Saturn may no longer be active in the ring, but that doesn’t mean he’s lost to the internet.
A vintage photo of the former ECW Tag Team Champion recently found its way to X/Twitter, courtesy of user @allan_cheapshot.
The picture in question shows an almost unrecognizable Saturn (due to cowboy attire as well as fully grown head and facial hair) being interviewed by Leonard A. Caplan in 1991.
Saturn indeed worked a cowboy-inspired gimmick, called “The Iron Horseman” in Killer Kowalski’s International Wrestling Federation during his early careers in the nineties. Still, a photo of Saturn from those days (considering how he completely changed his look over time) is a rare find.
Where is Perry Saturn now?
Perry Saturn has had post-wrestling health issues, but largely stayed out of the public eye. During a recent interview with Bill Apter for Sportskeeda, Saturn said he leads a quiet life in Minnesota, although he would get noticed locally from time to time.
“I don’t do anything. I’m living in Minnesota. Still in Minnesota, yeah, with my in-laws. That’s how I ended up there. I own a house there, so I’m not moving because I own my house.
“When I first moved to the town – it’s a real small little town. The paper had a weekly article where people would write in and say where they’ve seen me in town. So, I have two pit bulls and they [other people] can’t come near my house now!”
