Endeavor, the parent company of WWE and UFC, has gone private, but TKO remains public.
Endeavor announced that it had completed its acquisition by Silver Lake on March 24th. As part of the deal, Silver Lake and its co-investors had acquired 100% of the outstanding Endeavor shares that they did not already own, other than rolled interests.
