Randy Orton: John Cena Was Always On Top, Now He’s Just The Rock’s Bottom

Randy Orton shared his thoughts on John Cena‘s heel turn on WWE SmackDown.

At WWE Elimination Chamber, Randy Orton made his return and set his sights on Kevin Owens, who took him out with a piledriver. Later in the show, John Cena shockingly turned heel and attacked Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.

Orton came to the ring on the March 7th episode of WWE SmackDown and noted that a lot of cray things had happened in the last week. He brought up Cena and said that he had always been on the top of this profession. Orton then said that, now, Cena was just a bottom for The Rock, and that gave a whole new meaning to the term “rock bottom.” Orton also called out Cena by name by saying, “Doesn’t it, John?”

“The Viper” proceeded to turn his attention to Owens, and he made it clear that he was coming for revenge. He stated that when he saved Sami Zayn from Owens at WWE Elimination Chamber, something came over him that he hadn’t felt in a decade. Orton said that the voices started talking to him, and they told him to kick Owens in the head. He then stated that he would prove that Pat McAfee was only the second-greatest punter in WWE.
