Ronda Rousey isn’t pulling any punches when it comes to her feelings about how Vince McMahon ran WWE while she was there.
Former WWE Superstar Ronda Rousey recently spoke with Shakiel Mahjouri of CBS Sports. When asked about the regime change in WWE since she departed which sees Triple H running the show, Rousey said she thinks anyone running that company right now is better than Vince McMahon.
“I think anyone’s better than Vince McMahon,” Ronda Rousey said. “The only place you can go is up. I really enjoy Triple H and working with him, and honestly, I haven’t been watching, but I saw something from Nattie [Neidhart] saying that they had a card recently that had just as many women on it as the men.
“That’s what I would really like to see. The women equally represented with not just matches on the card, but time on the show. I feel there’s no place they could go but up and I’m really, really happy for all the women still there and thriving under the new regime.”
It’s unknown if Ronda Rousey would entertain a WWE return under the new regime. Rousey last competed on an episode of Ring of Honor on HonorClub, teaming with her friend Marina Shafir to defeat Athena and Billie Starkz.
