Oro Mensah will not be going to WWE NXT Heatwave.
In recent months, Oro Mensah has targeted Ethan Page on multiple occasions. He has been determined to get revenge since Page took Noam Dar out with a backstage attack. Page will challenge for the NXT Championship in a Fatal Four-Way Match at NXT Heatwave, and Mensah’s quest for vengeance loomed large on the bout.
In a backstage segment on the July 2 episode of WWE NXT, Oro Mensah spoke with Robert Stone and Stevie Turner told Mensah that he was not permitted to to to NXT Heatwave due to his attacks on Page.
Later in the show, Mensah defeated Myles Borne. After the match, he looked into the camera and made it clear that he would keep coming after Page.
