Jordynne Grace is being kept busy after appearing on NXT this week.
The TNA Knockout’s Champion made a shock appearance on WWE programming, challenging NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez. This will take place at NXT Battleground, and is said to be the start of a partnership between the two promotions.
This was Jordynne Grace’s second appearance in the WWE. She first appeared when she entered the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble, still as the TNA Champion.
However, she is not getting any time off in TNA after appearing in NXT. Tommy Dreamer spoke with Jordynne Grace on a recent edition of Busted Open Radio. The ECW legend revealed that Grace will be defending her title at TNA Against All Odds against a mystery challenger.
Grace confirmed that this is an “Open Challenge”, so anybody could take her on for her title.
“Next week, you have Against All Odds,” Tommy Dreamer said to Jordynne Grace. “Defending your title, as well. Opponent, unknown. So that’s a mystery. Now it’s all coming together.”
“Open challenge” Grace piped up to say, adding to the mystery of the event.
TNA Against All Odds takes place Friday 14th June at the Cicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois.
Jordynne Grace Wants To Wrestle Natalya In TNA
Jordynne Grace’s dream match is to face Natalya in TNA.
She sat down with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated. He asked Grace about her WWE appearance at the Royal Rumble, and spoke about the WWE stars she’d love to wrestle.
“I’m still waiting for Natalya to come over,” Jordynne Grace said. “That’s one of my dream matches. She’s someone I watched growing up, and she’s never really been outside of WWE for the past two decades. She’s a pioneer, and I want to wrestle her in TNA.”
