In-Ring Segment: Triple H
Triple H comes to the ring, and he is greeted with “Thank you Hunter” chants. He says he came out to thank them for a special WrestleMania 40. Triple H says it was the greatest WrestleMania of all time by every metric and standard. He again thanks the fans.
Triple H welcomes everyone to RAW. He notes that he said it was a new era. Triple H brought out the man who will lead WWE into the new era, Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Cody Rhodes. Cody Rhodes comes out and shakes hands with Triple H. Triple H raises his hand, and Cody continues to celebrate. The fans chant “You deserve it.” Triple H congratulates Cody and says he deserves it. He says WWE set an attendance and gate record on Monday night.
Triple H says some guys at the studio made something special for Cody, and he has it play on the video screen. A video package about Cody’s journey to the title plays. Cody plays as the video plays. Triple H hugs him and says something in his ear. Cody puts the title down and kisses it. Rhodes is still emotional as he asks the crowd what they want to talk about. Cody asks ring announcer Samantha Irvin to introduce him again.
Rhodes looks back on RAW after WrestleMania two years ago, when he stated his dream of winning the world title, and says it finally became a reality. Rhodes says he and the fans are standing on top of the mountain. Cody brings up Roman Reigns and gives him credit, calling him perhaps the most important superstar of this generation. He thanks Reigns and says he was destined to defeat him. Cody brings up footage of his daughter as he talks about his “why”. He says he goes to work to fight as the champion.
Rhodes notes that the line is now behind him. He says he was once undesirable, but he is now undeniable, and he is the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion.
The Rock Confronts Cody Rhodes
The Rock interrupts, carrying his People’s Championship. He stands across from Rhodes. The Rock says he came out to give Rhodes flowers and insults the crowd. The crowd drowns out The Rock with boos. Cody raises his title and gets cheered. Rock raises his title and gets booed. The Rock says he came out to give Cody his flowers, as he did it, he beat Roman Reigns.
The Rock looks back on whopping Rhodes “like a dog” and brings up Cody’s mom. He says Cody’s father in heaven had a smile on his face when he won. He says that Dusty Rhodes was his hero. The Rock repeats that Cody did it, and now he has a new title. He brings up his own People’s Championship and asks Cody if he can hold his title. Rock says he loves wrestling, and he loves holding titles, and he’s never held that one. Cody agrees to let him hold it if he can hold The Rock’s.
They swap titles, and Rock puts the world title around his shoulder. He says it feels right. They give each other their titles back, and The Rock thanks Cody. The Rock says he has to go away for a little while, and he doesn’t want to go. The Rock says he made wrestling cool again, as did Cody. He says that when he comes back, he’ll be coming back for Cody, whether he’s champion or not. Cody says he’s looking forward to it. The Rock reminds Cody that he beat him on Saturday. He tells Cody that their story has just begun.
Cody notes that The Rock is his boss, but he’s The People’s Champion. Cody says that means he’s The Rock’s champion. The Rock admits that Cody is his champion. He says he has to give Cody one last thing, and he puts something in his hand. The Rock tells Cody to never break his heart again. He closes the message by saying, “If you smell what The Final Boss is cooking.”
Ilj Dragunov vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
NXT Champion Ilja Dragunov comes to the ring as the broadcast team announces that the WWE Draft will be held on April 26 and 29. Dragunov takes the fight to Nakamura and suplexes him. Dragunov hits a Constantine Special. Nakamura takes control. Dragunov fires up but eats a kick. He drills Nakamura with a kick and powerbombs him. Dragunov hits an H-Bomb and the Torpedo Moscow for the win.
Winner: Ilja Dragunov

The Judgment Day Rises
In-Ring Segment: The Judgment Day
Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio, and JD McDonagh come to the ring, and Balor says all the haters were wrong. WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley joins them and says that WrestleMania proved that Mami was always on top, and it was a new era for Judgment Day. Balor introduces the new World Heavyweight Champion Damian Priest. The Judgment Day celebrates. Priest responds to “You deserve it” chants by saying he does. He tells the fans to rise for the Judgment Day.
R-Truth sneaks in and joins the celebration. Priest gets frustrated, but R-Truth notes that he’s only one-half of the tag team champions. That brings out his partner, The Miz. The Miz says he doesn’t want to be in Judgment Day, but Truth does. Priest says Truth is not in Judgment Day, but Truth says he is. The Miz introduces himself and R-Truth as the new RAW Tag Team Champions. Balor challenges Truth and Miz to a match for the titles.
Truth says they can’t, as there was three of them. Truth pitches a six-man tag team match involving the guy you can’t see. Judgment Day laughs Truth off and attacks him and Miz. The Judgment Day stands tall as the show cuts to a commercial.
Judgment Day (Finn Balor, Dominik Mysterio & JD McDonagh) vs. The Miz & R-Truth
After the commercial, a match between Judgment Day and Miz and Truth is underway. The Judgment Day controls the action. The Miz tags in and clears house with a flurry of offense. The Miz drops Dominik and JD with a DDT. Balor takes out The Miz when the referee isn’t looking. The Judgment Day gangs up on The Miz and isolates him. The Miz rallies, but Dominik takes out R-Truth to prevent the tag.
John Cena’s music plays, and he runs in. Cena makes the hot tag and immediately takes control. Truth hits his Cena tribute spot. Cena, Miz, and Truth all hit the Five Knuffle Shuffle. All three of them hit Attitude Adjustments and score the win.
Winners: The Miz, R-Truth & John Cena

A video package recaps Bronson Reed winning the Andre The Giant Battle Royal. Backstage, Bronson Reed cuts a promo and says he wants to break his opponents. Reed looks ahead to his match and vows to teach a lesson in raw dominance.
Backstage, Rhea Ripley scolds Dominik Mysterio for putting his faith in Andrade. Dominik says he’ll go deal with it. Liv Morgan attacks Ripley from behind until they’re separated.
Indi Hartwell vs. Roxanne Perez
NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez is revealed as Indi Hartwell’s opponent. Perez takes the fight to Hartwell. Hartwell answers, but Perez takes control. Candice LeRae interferes and distracts the referee. Perez takes Hartwell’s eyes and hits Pop Rox for the win
Winner: Roxanne Perez
Backstage, Jey Uso congratulates WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn. They congratulate each other on their wins at WrestleMania.
Roxanne Perez bumps into Natalya backstage. Natalya says she will see Roxanne tomorrow on NXT.
In-Ring Segment: Sami Zayn
WWE Intercontinental Champion Sami Zayn comes to the ring. He says it means a lot, and he has been lucky to do some historic things at WrestleMania over the past two years. Zayn praises Gunther as he highlights his historic reign. Zayn calls him the best Intercontinental Champion ever but says he beat him.
Zayn says he had a lot of help from the fans, as they always believed in him. He notes that seeing his family and Kevin Owens backstage. Ludwig Kaiser and Giovanni Vinci interrupt. They emphasize the hard work that Gunther put into the title. Kaiser says it broke his heart to see someone like Zayn holding the championship.
Kaiser says Zayn looks like a bum. He says that on behalf of Gunther, they were there to make it right. They confront Zayn, and Chad Gable makes the save.
A Sheamus vignette airs and teases his return.
Imperium (Giovanni Vinci & Ludwig Kaiser) vs. Sami Zayn & Chad Gable)
Imperium controls the action early on and isolates Gable. Zayn tags in and gains the upper hand. Gable dives onto Imperium at ringside. Back in the ring, Gable maintains the advantage. Imperium takes control again and grounds Zayn. They continue to control the bout by keeping him separated from Gable. Gable makes the hot tag.
Zayn and Gable hit double German suplexes three times. Kaiser breaks up an ankle lock and attacks Zayn. He takes out Gable. Zayn hits Vinci with an Exploder suplex. He tags in Gable and hits a Helluva kick. Gable hits the Chaos Theory for the win.
Winners: Sami Zayn & Chad Gable
Backstage, Jey Uso comments on his win over Jimmy Uso and looks forward to the four-way match in the main event. He asks for a YEET from anyone who wants to see him earn a title shot.
General Managers Adam Pearce, Nick Aldis, and Ava discuss the exciting night and note that they put their differences aside. Chelsea Green interrupts and complains about not having a match at WrestleMania. Adam Pearce says if she goes to the ring, she will have a “moment” tonight.
Chelsea Green vs. Jade Cargill
Jade Cargill is revealed as Chelsea Green’s opponent, and Chelsea is clearly not thrilled. Cargill hits a pump kick and Jaded for the dominant win in a matter of seconds.
Winner: Jade Cargill
Backstage, Sami Zayn and Chad Gable get into a disagreement. Zayn says he would be honored to defend the Intercontinental Title against Gable next week. Gable accepts.
Drew McIntyre comes to the ring and says what happened at WrestleMania was BS. He notes that he respects Seth Rollins, and he went out on his shield. McIntyre thanks Rollins and calls Damian Priest a “bondage Undertaker.” He says the Money in the Bank briefcase was a joke, as it cheapened everything he and Rollins did.
McIntyre says the world title will be his. He turns his attention to CM Punk and calls him a prick. He says he told Punk what he was going to do, and Punk was a coward for going into business for himself. McIntyre warns that he knows Punk will hide, but from now on, it was on-sight.
#1 Contender’s Match: Drew McIntyre vs. Bronson Reed vs. Ricochet vs. Jey Uso
The competitors immediately start fighting. Ricochet dives onto everyone at ringside. McIntyre overpowers Ricochet and takes control. He powerbombs Ricochet. Uso briefly gains the upper hand, but Reed trucks over him. Reed gains the upper hand. Uso superkicks him. Reed counters a Spear and slams Uso through a table. Ricochet fires up with some offense. McIntyre gains the upper hand. Reed slams Ricochet to the mat. Ricochet keeps fighting. McIntyre and Reed trade blows. Superkicks are flying. Uso and Ricochet trade kicks.
Uso gets a two-count with a Spear. Reed gets a two-count on Ricochet. He kicks McIntyre off and dives onto him at ringside. McIntyre rocks Reed. Uso dives onto McIntyre at ringside. Ricochet hits a 450 Splash on Reed through the broadcast table. McIntyre takes control and sets up for the Claymore, but someone grabs his foot from underneath the ring. It turns out to be CM Punk.
Uso capitalizes and drops McIntyre. He then hits a Frog Splash for the win.
Winner: Jey Uso
Uso celebrates while Punk mocks McIntyre as the show ends.
