Trick Williams‘ return to Philly is personal.
During the March 26 episode of WWE NXT, Prime Target videos aired to highlight the journey for Trick Williams vs. Carmelo Hayes at NXT Stand and Deliver in Philadelphia.
The special look showed fans how meaningful it is for Williams to return to Philly as he once lived with his uncle there. He then took to social media to expand and noted his time spent with the Philadelphia Eagles and the fact that his first in-ring bump took place in “The City of Brotherly Love.”
Prime Target also featured Williams running up the infamous Rocky steps in triumphant fashion. He concluded, “Melo, I’m coming for you.”
