Nic Nemeth didn’t mix words when it came to Cody Rhodes trying to finish his story at WrestleMania 40.
Former WWE Superstar Nic Nemeth (Dolph Ziggler) co-hosted Busted Open Radio with Dave LaGreca on Friday morning. While discussing Cody Rhodes, Nemeth had some choice words regarding The American Nightmare.
“I appreciate this two-year story, I really do,” Nic Nemeth began. “I just think it’s so funny that finishing the story isn’t like the end of a storyline. It’s like, no, he has to win because his dad wasn’t champion. That’s the story?”
When Dave brought up the fact that it’s not just about Dusty but everything Cody has had to go through to get to this point, Nemeth fired back by questioning if Cody is the only one who has ever had to go through something like this.
“Hasn’t everybody else who wasn’t a legacy in the business had to go through a bunch of stuff, too? Or was Cody the only one?” Nic Nemeth questioned.
Cody Rhodes will attempt to finish his story against Roman Reigns next month at WrestleMania 40.
