Tony Khan offered an interesting response regarding Kevin Kelly‘s absence from AEW Collision last weekend.
Last week, Kevin Kelly was quietly removed from All Elite Wrestling‘s roster page. Days later, he wasn’t present at the broadcast table on AEW Collision, and reports have stated that he’s been released from the company.
All Elite Wrestling President Tony Khan recently sat down with Scott Fishman of TVInsider. When asked about the status of Kevin Kelly after not being present at AEW Collision, Khan’s response created more questions than answers.
“I prefer not to comment on that, but I appreciate you asking,” Tony Khan said.
Khan’s lack of comment speaks volumes, as it would seemingly be a lot easier just to admit that someone had been released and move on instead of giving a non-answer. It will be interesting to see where things go from here.
Stay tuned to WrestleZone for more information on Kevin Kelly’s All Elite Wrestling status as it becomes available.
