Megan Bayne confirms that her time in STARDOM is coming to an end.
Bayne has been featured with STARDOM for the past several months. Fightful Select previously reported that she had been under contract with AEW for some time. However, she has only competed in dark matches and on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevation. Bayne has yet to officially debut on AEW television.
Megan Bayne competed at the STARDOM event on January 21. There, she teamed up with HANAKO and Maika to face Giulia, Mei Seira, and Suzu Suzuki. In a tweet, STARDOM shared a post-match interview in which Megan Bayne confirmed her departure.
“These past six months here in STARDOM have changed me as a person, as a wrestler, and I’m very sad to be leaving. But I don’t want to be sad, and I don’t want this to be goodbye because I’m not finished here, and we’re not finished. Divine Kingdom is forever. I’ll be coming back.”
Bayne and Maika won the Goddess of STARDOm Tag League in 2023. Before her run in STARDOM, Megan Bayne competed throughout the independent scene in the United States.
