For those who are not aware of Logan Paul‘s other ventures outside WWE, he is one of the most successful YouTubers in the United States of America. He also is one of the co-founders of Prime Energy along with KSI.
Earlier this year at WrestleMania 39, Logan Paul wrestled ‘The Visionary’ Seth Rollins. During the match, KSI made a special appearance. He tried to help his friend and business partner, but unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned as Paul accidentally Frog Splashed The Nightmare through the announcer’s desk.
Earlier this week, KSI finally got his revenge as he got to hit John Cena’s iconic signature move, the Attitude Adjustment on The Maverick sending him through a table.
Gunther has nothing but positive things to say about Logan Paul
During an interview with The Masked Man Show with David Shoemaker and Kazeem Famuyide Gunther shared his thoughts on Logan Paul. The ring General is impressed with Paul’s run in WWE and appreciates the fact that The Maverick is the WWE United States Champion.
“To the match itself, I would love to do the match. I think it would be very exciting. On him, the thing in general with celebrities coming into our business, for a while, I thought it was a bit unnecessary because in a lot of cases it was just somebody coming in and getting paid who would try to take the most out of it for them and then leave again.
“With celebrities, we’ve had recently, like Logan Paul and Bad Bunny, those are guys that are obviously passionate about what we do. They enjoy it, they love it, and they have a high interest in converting to it and not just going in there and taking something out.” [H/T Fightful]
Gunther claims Logan Paul helps everybody with wanting to compete in the wrestling world
In the same interview, The Ring General mentioned how amazing it is that Paul is determined to be a good WWE Superstar despite the fact that he is a megastar in the world of social media.
“With that being said, I have a very positive opinion of Logan Paul. He helps everybody with wanting to do it because he has astronomical reach on the internet, he’s very respectful, he doesn’t walk around and think he’s a big deal, and the guy has an amazing career outside of WWE already, basically self-made.
“Now he’s decided to join us and give it a go there. So far, he’s United States Champion, so congratulations. He’s done very well so far and in general is very exciting to watch. Very athletic, he’s quite tall, great body, charismatic, can talk, he’s not afraid of showing off. It’s a great addition for us,” Gunther said. [H/T Fightful]
