Kyle O’Reilly Looks Forward To Making Magic With Adam Cole ‘Sooner Than Later’

Kyle O’Reilly hopes to compete against his longtime friend and former rival again.

In a tweet on December 2, Adam Cole reposted a clip from his match against Kyle O’Reilly at ROH Final Battle 2016. He stated that the toughest matches of his career have been against O’Reilly. Cole wrote that he would not be the wrestler or the person he is without Kyle. He thanked thanked O’Reilly for making him better.

O’Reilly responded to Cole by saying it has been an honor to make magic with him. He stated that he couldn’t wait to do it again someday sooner than later. O’Reilly also thanked Cole for being his friend and his greatest opponent.

O’Reilly has been out of action since June 2022. He had neck fusion surgery, and he later opened up about some complications he dealt with following the procedure. Cole is also out with an injury, as he hurt his ankle at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam. He is recovering from surgery, and there is no word on when he will return to the ring.
