Elias (Jeffrey Scuillo) joined WWE in 2014 where he used the surname ‘Sampson’. He later adopted a drifter gimmick and feuded with Kassius Ohno and lost a Loser Leaves NXT match.

He was called up to RAW in 2017. He was featured in segments with John Cena and The Undertaker, and served as the opponent for one of Jeff Jarrett’s last WWE matches.

He was moved to SmackDown in the 2019 WWE Superstar Shake-Up. One of his last angles saw him portray Ezekiel, the alleged long-lost younger brother of Elias. His last match in WWE was an appearance in an Intercontinental Title #1 Contendership Battle Royal on the May 15, 2023 episode of RAW.
