Sheamus‘ WWE contract is reportedly set to expire in 2024.
Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful (via Fightful Select) reports that Sheamus’ contract is set to expire in 2024. Sapp noted that this is the case for many WWE stars, who previously signed five-year deals in 2019.
In the report, Sapp wrote that it’s believed that Sheamus’ deal is set to expire in the first quarter or half of 2024. However, that has not been confirmed. Sheamus will be 46 when he potentially hits free agency.
“The Celtic Warrior” signed a developmental deal with WWE in 2007. He is a former WWE Champion, Royal Rumble Winner, and World Heavyweight Champion. The veteran has also won the Money in the Bank match and the King of the Ring tournament, among other accolades.
Other contract expirations are also on the horizon for WWE. Fans will have to wait and see how it all unfolds.
