Jade Cargill likes it spooky.
She may be a dominant force in the wrestling ring, but as it turns out, Jade Cargill is open to interacting with some forces beyond the wrestling ring, beyond this realm, even. During a recent appearance on Women’s Wrestling Talk, the former TBS Champion opened up about her love for visiting historical cemeteries.
“I love cemeteries. I don’t know. They’re peaceful. I understand why they’re peaceful, but it’s peaceful. I love historical cemeteries. There’s so much to take in. The tombstones they choose are pretty interesting to me, and why they chose this tombstone. The one in Canada was this fire man, and it was [an image of] himself and clearly it was a very expensive tombstone. It was so beautiful, so beautiful, and it was a big tribute piece for that cemetery. I just love cemeteries and the creepier they are, to be honest, the better. That sounds so weird, but like, I just I love it. I’m a very morbid person, so I just thought, I want to start sharing it.”
Cargill recently shared a glimpse into some of her trips to cemeteries on Instagram. As she ventured into one in Canada, Cargill remembered taking in the beautiful scenery around her.
“People were having picnics in the cemetery,” she explained. There were kids going to the playground because there was a playground in this cemetery that was connected to the school. So, they had to walk through the cemetery. People were on their bikes, walking their dogs, having lunch. It was beautiful. I think that was one of the cleanest cemeteries I’ve ever been to. I really enjoyed it.”
