Kurt Angle is here to verify that no one gets higher than Rob Van Dam.
On the latest episode of The Kurt Angle Show, the WWE Hall of Famer discussed working with Rob Van Dam and stated he’s not sure he’s ever interacted with RVD when he wasn’t high.
“He was even better to work with when he was high,” Kurt Angle admitted. “I honestly don’t know if I ever met Rob or seen Rob if he wasn’t high. He had to put the matches together. Even if he was high, he had to get higher. So he would go smoke and then come back. Yes, that is Rob Van Dam.”
The Olympic Gold Medalist went on to admit that while he’s smoked marijuana before, there’s no way he could do that and then work a wrestling match like Rob Van Dam does.
“I gotta tell you this. I’ve smoked before, okay, I’m not going to lie,” Kurt Angle said. “[But] there is no f**king way I could work if I smoke. There’s just no way. I don’t know how they do it. I would love to be able to do that, but I can’t.”
When asked about some of his favorite munchies, Angle admitted he has a bit of a sweet tooth and actually puts 12 packs of Splenda in his coffee.
“Oh gosh. I would eat any dessert, man. Pies, cakes, some of the Little Debbie’s, Twinkies, all that stuff, man. I ate all of it. Just so you know how much of a sweet tooth I have, I actually put 12 Splenda in my coffee. That’s how much I love sweets.”
Smoking marijuana regularly probably isn’t the best idea for Kurt Angle, who believes he’s never felt full and that he’s always hungry no matter how much he eats.
“I like both chocolate and vanilla. I like them actually mixed. That’s my cup of tea. Now I don’t do this often. This is rare, but when I go off, I eat like 12,000 calories; it’s ridiculous. I don’t get full. My body, my stomach, it’s never been entirely full. I am hungry all the time. And that’s why I have to gauge my diet all the time, and I have to watch what I eat because I have OCD, and I’ll go crazy. I mean, I could eat like forever. I could probably eat till I died.”
Angle also revealed he has such a sweet tooth that he ate all of his kid’s Easter candy on Sunday and had to go out and buy more because they were crying about it.
