Finn Balor recently reached out to WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley regarding his Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania 39.
On this week’s episode of WWE RAW, Edge laid out the challenge to Finn Balor for a Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania 39. A challenge that the leader of The Judgment Day accepted without hesitation. But is The Prince now having second thoughts?
Balor took to social media this week to send a tweet to Mick Foley asking for advice ahead of one of the biggest matches of his career.
“Any advice Mick @foleyispod ?” Finn Balor said in a tweet.
It’s no surprise that Balor would reach out to Foley as the WWE Hall of Famer has had more iconic moments inside of Hell in a Cell than anyone else in the history of the demonic structure.
The Hardcore Legend surprisingly responded to the leader of The Judgment Day and offered him some hilarious advice about how he should proceed with his first Hell in a Cell match at WrestleMania 39.
“@FinnBalor Hello Finn, This is Mick! Remember, you are asking a guy who has never actually won one of these. Probably best to study every single thing I did in my #HIAC matches…and then do the exact opposite. When in doubt, use the abs,” Mick Foley said in response.
If Balor decides to utilize his abs at WrestleMania 39 against Edge, we’ll have Foley to thank for it.
