It appears the Switchblade era of New Japan Pro-Wrestling will end this Saturday night as Jay White battles Eddie Kingston in a high-stakes matchup at Battle in the Valley.
Earlier this month, White lost a loser leaves Japan match against Hikuleo. But there was a loophole for White where he could still compete for New Japan Strong in the United States.
It appears everyone is ready to close that loophole as this afternoon Eddie Kingston laid out a challenge to Jay White on Wrestling Observer Live for a loser leaves New Japan Pro-Wrestling match at Battle in the Valley this weekend.
With reports stating that White might be heading to WWE or All Elite Wrestling in the near future, it seems that we have reached the end of Switchblade’s story in New Japan Pro-Wrestling.
