IMPACT Wrestling has reportedly signed a new star to the roster, while a former champion has requested some time off.
Per Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Dirty Dango has officially signed with the company. The former Fandango debuted at the Countdown to Bound For Glory 2022, where he unsuccessfully challenged Brian Myers for the IMPACT Digital Media Championship. He worked IMPACT’s tapings in Atlanta and in Orlando earlier in January, and he faced Steve Maclin on the January 19 episode of IMPACT Wrestling.
Additionally, Johnson wrote that Tasha Steelz has requested time off from IMPACT. Per Johnson, she did not work the TV tapings in Orlando on January 21-22, so she will miss the next few weeks of television. As of this writing, it’s unclear when she will return.
WrestleZone will provide more details as they become available.
