On January 20, IMPACT Wrestling taped content at Osceola Heritage Park in Orlando, Florida. The taping was advertised as the company’s “New Year’s Revolution” event, just one week removed from the Hard to Kill pay-per-view.

- A ten-bell salute was held for Jay Briscoe
- BTI: Jonathan Gresham def. Aiden Prince. After, Gresham cut a promo about how he turned his back on wrestling after ROH initially closed its doors. He ended by challenging Mike Bailey at a match at No Surrender.
- BTI: Mike Bailey def. Raj Singh before accepting Gresham’s challenge.
- Ace Austin & Chris Bey def. Kushida & Kevin Knight
- Gisele Shaw def. Savannah Evans. After, Shaw cut a promo and took credit for several Knockouts disappearing
- Crazzy Steve def. Sheldon Jean. Trey Miguel attacked after, but Steve fought him off.
- Bully Ray cuts a promo on how Santino Marella doesn’t like him and didn’t book him for the six-way contender’s match. Mickie James interrupts to give him a taste of his own medicine. Mickie slapped Bully, which led to him slamming her. Tommy Dreamer made the save. A challenge is made for Mickie & Dreamer vs. John Skyler & Jason Hotch. Santino books it for the following week with Bully banned from ringside.
- Kenny King def. Johnny Swinger and then cut a promo to put all champions on notice
- Sami Callihan & The Design def. Yuya Uemura, Josh Alexander, Frankie Kazarian & Rich Swann
- Qualifying match for No Surrender: Brian Myers def. Dirty Dango
- Jordynne Grace def. Steph De Lander (fka as Persia Pirotta in NXT)
- Death Dollz (Rosemary & Taya Valkyrie) def. Taylor Wilde & Killer Kelly
- Father James Mitchell returned and introduced The Hex (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle) to attack Death Dollz
- Qualifying match for No Surrender: PCO def. Shera
- Mickie James & Tommy Dreamer def. John Skyler & Jason Hotch. After the match, Bully Ray attacked Dreamer and Masha Slamovich attacked Mickie. Bully offered to help Masha out of the ring, but she left on her own.
- Digital Media Championship: Joe Hendry (c) def. Matt Cardona
- Moose tries to attack Hendry but hits Cardona.
- IMPACT World Tag Team Championship: Motor City Machine Guns (c) def. Trey Miguel & Eddie Edwards
