Daniel Garcia will be in action on the January 20 episode of AEW Rampage.
During the January 13 episode, AEW announced that Garcia will face Action Andretti next week. The match will mark Andretti’s second bout on AEW TV. In his Dynamite debut, he defeated former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho on the “Winer is Coming” episode on December 14. Andretti has continued to feud with Jericho and the Jericho Appreciation Society (Daniel Garcia, Jake Hager, Sammy Guevara, Angelo Parker, Matt Menard, Anna Jay A.S., and Tay Melo) ever since. Jericho blasted Andretti with a fireball, and the young star has formed an alliance with Ricky Starks, who has also been engaged in a feud with the JAS.
Starks and Andretti confronted the group on the January 11 episode of AEW Dynamite, setting the stage for two singles matches. Starks will face Jake Hager on Dynamite, while Andretti will take on Garcia on Rampage.
