Report: Mads Krugger Departs Major League Wrestling

Mads Krugger‘s time with Major League Wrestling has reportedly come to an end.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Krugger and MLW have come to terms on his release. Johnson noted that the two sides reached an agreement months ago, but the release took effect on January 1.

Krugger debuted in 2019, when he was wresting as Grogan, and he was briefly aligned with The Dynasty before he turned on the group. He then used the name Logan Creed before he adopted the Mads Krugger character and joined CONTRA Unit. Once the group broke up in 2022, Krugger feuded with Jacob Fatu, and the rivalry included the Weapons of Mass Destruction Match that was utilized as Krugger’s storyline exit. Vignettes that showed Krugger being injured aired after the match.

In October 2022, Krugger, also known as Krule, defeated AC Mack to win the IWTV Championship, but he was later stripped of the title. He has not wrestled since ICW No Holds Barred Volume 37 on November 19, 2022. Throughout 2022, he competed for ICW, SHW, and Anarchy Wrestling, among other companies, on the independent scene.

WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
