Anthem Wrestling Files To Trademark ‘Santino Marella’

IMPACT Wrestling‘s parent company has filed for a noteworthy trademark.

On December 12, Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions LLC filed to trademark “Santino Marella“, the in-ring name of Anthony Carrelli, who had a memorable run with WWE. Marella won the WWE Intercontinental Championship and the WWE United States Championship, among other accolades. He was released in 2016, but he has made a few appearances for the company since then. Carelli continues to work as a commentator, and he also runs a wrestling school. His daughter, Bianca, is currently signed to WWE; she competes as Arianna Grace on NXT.
