On December 14, New Japan Pro-Wrestling held its NJPW World Tag League and Super Junior Tag League Finals event from Sendai Sun Plaza Hall in Miyagi, Japan.
The event featured the finals of the Super Junior Tag League and World Tag League tournaments, Plus, Karl Anderson defended the NEVER Openweight Championship at the show, which aired on NJPW World.

- SAUCEHEARTS (Alex Zayne & El Lindaman) def. Ryohei Oiwa & Kosei Fujita
- TMDK (Mikey Nicholls & Shane Haste) def. KUSHIDA & Kevin Knight
- United Empire (Great-O-Khan, TJP, Francesco Akira & Aaron Henare) def. Alex Coughlin, Robbie Eagles, Tiger Mask & Gabriel Kidd
- Suzuki-Gun (Minoru Suzuki, Yoshinobu Kanemaru, DOUKI & Lance Archer) def. HOUSE OF TORTURE (EVIL, Yujiro Takahashi, SHO & Dick Togo)
- After the match. Minoru Suzuki announced Suzuki-gun will disband at the end of the year.
- Los Ingobernables De Japon (SANADA, Tetsuya Naito, BUSHI & Titan) def. Hiroshi Tanahashi, Toru Tano, Clark Connors & Ryusuke Taguchi
- Jay White, Taiji Ishimori & Gedo def. Tama Tonga, Kazuchika Okada & Master Wato
- NEVER Openweight Championship: Karl Anderson (c) def. Hikuleo
- After the match, Tama Tonga confronted Anderson, and they brawled. The champion said he will see Tonga at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17 next month.
- Super Jr. Tag League Final: CHAOS (YOH & Lio Rush) def. BULLET CLUB (Chris Bey & Ace Austin)
- World Tag League Final: Bishamon (Hirooki Goto & YOSHI-HASHI) def. Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher & Mark Davis)
