The Champions Series continued to heat up on the December 13 episode of NWA Powerrr.
Among other matches, Chris Adonis battled Jax Dane, and Alex Taylor took on Luke Hawx. Plus, former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Trevor Murdoch teamed up with Rhett Titus to face Dak Draper and Mims.
The results are as follows:
- Kerry Morton, Kenzie Paige, Dak Draper, Mims, Trevor Murdoch and Rhett Titus discussed the Champions Series.
- Champions Series First Round Tag Team Match: Team Pretty (Trevor Murdoch & Rhett Titus) defeated Team Rock n’ Roll (Dak Draper & Mims) (Team Pretty won five points)
- Champions Series First Round Match: Chris Adonis (Team Gold) defeated Jax Dane (Team Rebelion) via disqualification when Dane hit Adonis below the belt. (Team Gold won three points)
- Ella Envy commented on the Champions Series and expressed her confidence in Kenzie Paige. Paige vowed to lead the team to victory.
- Champions Series First Round Match: Alex Taylor (Team Rock n’ Roll) defeated Luke Hawx (Team Rock n’ Roll won five points)
- Backstage, Jax Dane and Chris Silvio, Esq. discuss Dane’s loss. Silvio said the Full Nelson is an illegal hold, and Dane survived the hold for nearly five minutes against Adonis. He stated that the Champions Series is all about Dane. Silvio also made it clear that Dane will show everyone why he is the winningest champion in NWA history.
- Jordan Clearwater, AJ Cazana, Mecha Wolf, Jax Dane, and Colby Corino share their thoughts on the Champions Series. Clearwater said he has a strategy that will lead to victory.
- Champions Series First Round Match: Colby Corino (Team Rebelion) defeated AJ Cazana (Team Gold) (Team Rebelion won six points)
