All Elite Wrestling will deliver an action-packed episode of AEW Rampage on December 9.
Tonight’s show is set to be a big one, as Orange Cassidy will once again defend his AEW All-Atlantic Championship following a big Lumberjack Match victory last week. Elsewhere in the night, Jon Moxley will take on Konosuke Takeshita, Hikaru Shida and The Bunny will face off for the Regina Di Wave Championship, and we’ll hear from Ruby Soho & Tay Melo, amongst other things.
The results are as follows:
Match 1: Jon Moxley defeats Konosuke Takeshita via pinfall
In a stellar opening to the night, Moxley and Takeshita put on a show, going at it in front of a crowd that was clearly into the match from the start. In an incredibly back-and-forth bout, it was Moxley that would walk out on top, after locking in the bulldog choke late and fighting Takeshita to keep it intact, eventually forcing his opponent to take out.
After the match, Hangman Page came running out, and said that doctors wouldn’t clear him to wrestle due to a head injury. He then punched Moxley in the face, to which Moxley quickly threw him into a steel ringpost, dazing Page and forcing Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta to come out and pull Moxley away.
What a battle! @JonMoxley just put @takeshita to sleep to score the victory!

Match 2: Hikaru Shida (c) defeats The Bunny via pinfall
In a great title defense, Shida continued her reign as Regina Di WAVE Champion, taking down The Bunny despite some late interference from Penelope Ford. Late in the match, Ford looked primed to help her friend take down Shida, holding her in place for a kick. However, Shida was able to dodge it, resulting in Bunny kicking Ford instead. This allowed Shida ot hit The Katana for the win.
Not only does @shidahikaru retain the Regina Di Wave Championship, but she also now gets a shot at the #AEW Women's World Champion @jmehytr for the title!

Match 3: Lee Moriarty & W. Morrisey defeat two unnamed opponents via pinfall
In a relatively quick match, Moriarty & Morrissey dominated their opponents, taking them down with and ending it with Morrissey knocking one opponent out with a kick, then hitting a chokeslam on the other.

Match 4: Orange Cassidy (c) defeats Trent Seven
In yet another successful title defense, Cassidy took down Trent Seven to once again retain his title. Towards the end of the match, Seven looked ready to become the new AEW All-Atlantic Champion, but Cassidy kicked out of a twisting piledriver, and then hit the Orange Punch and followed it up with a Beach Break for the win.
After the match, Kip Sabian — who was at ringside for the match — and Seven began attacking Cassidy, forcing Dustin Rhodes to come out for the save. A brawl kicked off then, which ended with Rhodes and Cassidy clearing the ring.
An incredible victory for @orangecassidy to retain the #AEW All-Atlantic Title but @TheKipSabian wastes no time in assaulting the Champ!#AEWRampage is on TNT right now! pic.twitter.com/Mi9FmTl3eC
