Shun Skywalker of DRAGONGATE is the new MLW World Middleweight Champion.
In the main event of the December 8 edition of MLW Fusion, Skywalker scored a surprise pinfall victory on Myron Reed to capture the MLW World Middleweight Championship for the first time.
It was revealed that Skywalker had been training with MLW National Openweight Champion Davey Richards as of late to help him figure out Reed’s game plan prior to the matchup. It’s very clear that the rivalry between Richards and the Bomaye Fight Club is far from over.
This ends Myron Reed’s third reign as MLW World Middleweight Champion. The third reign clocked in at 280 days (at the time of broadcast date)
