Here’s what to expect on next week’s AEW Dynamite.
On the December 7 episode, the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royale will return for the fourth year in a row, with “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry, Matt Hardy, Dalton Castle, Ethan Page, Ricky Starks, Brian Cage, and Shawn Dean confirmed to compete. AEW World Champion MJF previously won the battle royale three years in a row, but he will not participate this time. Instead, the winner will be able to pick the time and place where they want to face MJF for the ring.
Before their respective championship matches at ROH Final Battle, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta of Blackpool Combat Club will team up to take on the Jericho Appreciation Society’s Jake Hager and Daniel Garcia. At the pay-per-view, Castagnoli will challenge Chris Jericho for the ROH World Championship, and Garcia will put the ROH Pure Championship against Yuta.
Elsewhere on the show, AEW Women’s World Champion Jamie Hayter participate in a sit-down interview with Tony Schiavone.
